Workflow: Execute Trade
Brief Description
Mutual fund trades are performed by Securities Traders at the request of an Inves-
tor primarily via a Customer Trade Order (CTO). For trade execution, multiple
CTOs are gathered into a single Trade Ticket. CTOs are manually generated (see
Business Workflow: Build Trade
), or automatically entered into the system via a
instruction file download.
Purpose
is workflow provides a Securities Trader the ability to execute orders on a prop-
erly formed trade transaction (e.g., a “good” ticket).
