We need the support of others to flourish both socially and organisationally. Relationships are the foundations of everything we do; they are the gateway to being heard and respected. Without effective relationships with your peer group you are unlikely to get the opportunity to voice your ideas or suggestions, even if they are the greatest in the world. You are also unlikely to be able to get people to cooperate when you ask them to do things; you will need the input from others in order to get things done and to make your projects a success.
