Leading an organisation is never a simple task, and leading in cyber security is especially difficult. But leadership is critical if cyber security and data protection practices are to be successful. Clause 5.1 of ISO 27001 is ‘Leadership’, so you will need to evidence this if you implement this standard successfully. The keyword here is evidence.
