In Part 1 of the book I described what AI is and how it can be used by enterprises for innovation and efficiency with use case examples provided throughout the early chapters. In Part 2 the case studies demonstrated the value that AI can generate for organisations in practice in real life. The applications were diverse and led to benefits that included more efficient processes, increased flexibility and capacity, augmented decision-making and improved outcomes.
