Chapter . Mitchell Report

Visions of asterisks danced in the heads of cartoonists when former Sen. George Mitchell released his brutal 409-page report on the prevalence of anabolic steroids and human growth hormone in Major League Baseball. Cartoonists compiled their own lists of the naughty.
