Reviewing: Make It Fun

Many trainers build participant review opportunities into their training sessions. After all, your participants’ recall of what you just taught is clearest while they are still in your training session. And unfortunately, they will forget more and more of what you taught as time goes on. By creating opportunities to review knowledge and skills just learned, those lessons will remain fresher longer and be easier to recall long after they leave your session.

As you create reviewing options, build a foundation for recall for your learners. Find connections and linkages to make it easier for them to recall information with a minimum of effort. Also consider different learning styles (auditory, visual, and kinesthetic) ...
