If you're a network manager and several of your users tell you that they can't connect to your Wi-Fi network, it's possible that the access point has temporarily flaked out (that's the technical term) or your wired connection to the Internet has dropped out. Take a look at the lights on the access point and the Internet gateway router to confirm that the Power and WAN indicators are on. If you can't find an obvious problem, try restarting the access point by unplugging and reconnecting the power plug.
