ORGANIC BEER HAS FINALLY ARRIVED, AND NOT JUST BECAUSE IT’S FINALLY GETTING THE SHELF SPACE IT DESERVES. WHILE BEFORE BEER LOVERS COULD WRITE OFF A MARGINAL BATCH OF BEER WITH “WELL, IT IS ORGANIC,” THE EXCUSES ARE GONE AND BOTH PROFESSIONAL AND HOMEBREWERS ARE MAKING AWARD-WINNING BEERS WHERE ORGANIC INGREDIENTS ARE THE REASON FOR THE BREW’S SUCCESS, NOT THE EXCUSE FOR ITS LACK THEREOF.
