Sales Training
Sales training is a significant aspect of sales enablement. There is a battle cry among some in the profession recently that “Sales enablement is not just training!” That is true; so at the start of this chapter, I want to be clear about a few things:
• Yes, sales enablement is not just training, as I hope the broad nature of the building blocks shows.
• The importance of this collaboration with other functions will be evident as we progress through this building block and look closely at what we are training.
