What We Say to Critics

In the course of writing this book, we’ve discussed our ideas with friends in many walks of life. Some have expressed reservations, even emphatic objections at times, when we suggested that only large multinational enterprises possess the reach and the resources to address the problems of poverty. These reservations broadly fall into four categories, which we’ll address in turn.
