Ariel's Story
Ariel jumped off of the fast track. She used to work as an analyst, helping her company's software writers create useful applications by learning about the needs of their customers. She was so good at it that she was being groomed for management; her company wanted her to move into a position where she would oversee multiple projects instead of just working on one at a time.
