Numbers are important to the Lord. The word “number” appears more than 150 times in the Bible, with one Old Testament book even earning the title of “Numbers.” If God, who counts the very hairs on our head, pays attention to numbers, then so should we. Numbers make what is vague, clear. They help us to measure, compare, and evaluate. They speak volumes, especially to hiring managers.
