The energy of finishing a project can be very different from the energy of starting one, don’t you think? I’m nearing the final draft manuscript of my current work in progress. I remember the excitement I had when I started, imagining holding the finished book in my hands and the looks on the readers’ faces as they turned the pages. But now, fatigue has set in and I wonder when my work will be done. In spite of this, I know there are things I can do to help myself get over the finish line.
