Although there aren’t many colleges that let you attend for free, a handful of other colleges and universities have slashed their sticker price for all students. Bethany College in Bethany, West Virginia, shrank its tuition by 42% a few years ago, while North Park University in Chicago cut its tuition by 30%. The University of South Dakota, which is in a state that’s experiencing a troubling drop in population, halved its tuition for out-of-state students.
