This sobering observation from one of Harvard’s great conservative professors would suggest that there is little or nothing that can be done to prevent the coming conflicts with China. Although I am a realist, I do not share this “council of despair.”
Instead, I believe this: If all the major stakeholders in the Coming China Wars come to understand the high stakes involved, appropriate steps can be taken, all of which are difficult.
