1. ORGANIZATION
   1. Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws of the Company.
   2. List of states in which the Company is qualified to transact business and all certificates of authority.
   3. List of officers and directors of the Company, including a brief description of current duties and current compensation, and copy of any organizational chart.
   4. Minute books, including all shareholder, director, and committee minutes and written consents related to the Company.
   5. Stock transfer ledgers for the Company.
   6. Copy of any press release relating to the Company within the last five (5) years.
