Getting Down to Business
At this point in the planning process, you should have your defined purpose, goals and objectives, financial goals, have set your environmental standards, discussed your CSRs, and started to work on your budget. You have the “why.” Now it is time to get the “when, where, and how.” With some of the major decisions completed, it is time to get down some specifics. Time to pick time and dates, your destination (city and state) and location (venue or outdoor space), start to choose your speakers and entertainers, and create your agenda.
