Room Setup From the Caterer’s Perspective
If you are doing on-site or off-site catering, you will need to be able to determine the number of people that can be seated in the room comfortably. Each setup also presents different challenges to the caterer servicing the function. There are common terms used in the catering industry for room setups as follows:
