Sometimes there are unusual circumstances surrounding the sale of a home. Two of them are relocating for a new job and selling the home of a recently deceased loved one. If you are relocating for professional reasons to another part of the country or the world, your new employer may be picking up the tab. That’s a good thing. However, as the saying goes, there is no such thing as a free lunch. If the company is paying, it may impose some limitations to how you market your home.
