Considering an Investment Club
Interest in investment clubs has dwindled from its peak level during the 1990s, but there still are about 13,000 clubs affiliated with the National Association of Investors Corporation (NAIC), and many thousand independent clubs that meet faithfully to learn, share ideas, and of course, invest.
In this chapter, we’ll discuss the purpose of investment clubs, how they’re normally set up and how they operate, and what’s involved in getting one started.
