In This Chapter

In much of this book, we have looked at facing and dealing with distressing moods internally … coping and healing from within. This chapter focuses on actions you may choose to take to change problematic situations in your life.
We will consider four areas of change: simplifying your life, repairing damaged relationships, learning to be assertive, and accepting what you cannot change.
