baby boomer Anyone born during the sharp increase in birth rate following World War II, that is, between 1947 and 1961.
behavior-related questions Questions aimed at assessing a candidate’s character, attitude, and personality traits by asking for an account of how the candidate handled certain challenging situations.
benefit (of a product) Something good a product or its features do, or are perceived to do, for the buyer; for example, the high-speed processor on that new notebook computer makes you feel more productive. The benefit of the processor—a perceived increase in productivity—may justify the buyer spending more money for it. See also feature.
