Do I Need a Lawyer for This?

As with court cases, there is no requirement that you have to have an attorney in order to go through arbitration. In fact, some arbitration services promote the cost efficiency of arbitration by pointing out that you do not need a lawyer. Realistically, you need a lawyer for arbitration as much as you’d need one for a court case. What that boils down to is that you might need a lawyer; then again, you might do fine on your own.
