Getting Buy-In and Approval
Once your plan has been completed and committed to some tangible format, your team’s concern becomes the implementation of the plan. How do you ensure that, once your plan has been completed, you can get buy-in? Much depends on how well you did at the very beginning of the planning process in terms of involving the right people and communicating with those not involved.
