Choose a Name Carefully
Deciding on a name for your social network is worth careful thought and consideration. In many cases, the logical name will be the name of your company, organization, or product—you’ve already chosen that so it’s ready to use.
However, there are instances where a network name will be different than the company or product name. For some organizations, the existing name is unrelated to their social network project. For example, Carnival Cruise Lines calls its social network Funville and the band Lynyrd Skynyrd calls their’s Skynyrd Nation.
