Should I Pay for WordPress.com Upgrades, or Switch to WordPress.org? (WordPress.org and WordPress.com)

WordPress.com is a great tool for blogging novices who want to test the blogging waters to determine if they like being an online publisher or not. Once you decide you want to take blogging seriously, you need to evaluate your long-term blogging goals. Switching from WordPress.com to WordPress.org is easy, but there are inherent negatives to making the switch you need to be aware of.
