Installing a Third-Party Theme

If you choose a third-party theme to use for your WordPress site, you need to install it to your WordPress account and activate it. Once it’s activated, you’ll need to go through your site (if you already have content published on it) to make sure your sidebars, header, footer, and other content look good. Often when you install a new theme, you’ll need to adjust some of your existing content and site setup to work well and look good with the new theme. For example, the width of your sidebar might change, which means you might need to resize images in your sidebar.
