The issue of quality will always surface as you attempt to balance the four main elements of your project: time, cost, quality, and scope. You’ve spent a lot of time on monitoring and controlling your schedule and costs (see Chapter 22), so now let’s work on assessing and ensuring the quality of the project’s deliverable. In reading this chapter, keep in mind that even though I refer to the “product” of the project as a deliverable, in reality, it can mean a service as well as a physical good.
