Deciding What You Need and Assigning People
For most projects, the staff assignment involves two steps: deciding what skills and experience you need for the work and then matching people to the tasks. You can create the description by writing out the individual competencies you need, and then see how the individuals you are considering would fill out the overall team competencies.
