Communication and Leadership
Good communication and strong leadership go hand in hand. The project managers who consistently succeed in bringing their projects in on time and within budget are those who effectively manage the interactions and communications between people and organizations. The people working on your project and other members of the project team need to be comfortable with bringing issues to your attention.
