Real estate investing is a specialized pursuit that requires plenty of time for research before you buy and plenty of time managing a property over an extended period of time once you acquire it. There are plenty of “how-to” books on being successful in real estate investing so I won’t spend time and space in this book about directly buying, selling, and managing real estate property. However, I do want to cover real estate-related securities that I think are a good consideration for the busy, wealth-building executive.
