This book is designed for those of us who work and sometimes compromise health for long hours and bad habits. Work is where we spend a lot of our time – so we need to practise Wellness at work on a regular basis or there just won’t be enough time once you get home. Slow and steady change is what we are after. Of course everyone has days where good intentions fly out of the window – that’s just human.
