The proliferation of celebrity chefs with their TV shows and books is undoubtedly a good thing as it has definitely reawakened our collective interest in food and cooking. However, these people, pleasant as I’m sure they are, do not care about your diet. What you do in your own kitchen is of paramount importance in the battle of the bulge.
