If you eat out for lunch or your workplace has a canteen learn the best choices to make.

Eating a hot meal prepared by somebody else can be a very convenient option at lunch time. The trouble is that you have no idea what you’re really consuming in terms of fat, calories, hidden salt and additives, which is bad news for your health and diet. For example, sometimes a chicken nugget is only distantly related to chickens and what you’re really eating is just a load of old filler. A beefburger, fries and cola drink are one of the cultural icons of the free world, but they are also a symbol of today’s fat world and can easily add up to over a thousand calories with colossal amounts of saturated fat thrown in.
