39. Geeing up for the gym

However much you might hate the idea of the gym, it can prove to be extremely effective and convenient in terms of your fitness goals and it doesn’t have to be boring.

When the boredom sets in it usually replaces your old friend motivation, but remember that your ultimate reward is looking and feeling sensational – it isn’t meant to be a visit to a sweetshop!

Most gyms have a good range of classes ranging from yoga, Pilates, kick-boxing and circuit training to dance classes, spinning (a work-out on a stationary bike), and running and rowing clubs. Find some classes that suit you, and then simply enjoy them!
