Run for your health, social life, waistline or sanity. There are as many reasons to run as there are runners and if you get out there and find your own perfect pace you’ll never look back.

A run. A jog. A shambolic shuffle. Never mind your style or speed, the fact remains that as bipeds we were pretty much made for this running malarkey.
