If you’re new to exercise or just don’t fancy the gym, here’s a simple way to drop some weight. It’s easy to start, and requires no special clothing or equipment.
Most of us view walking as a way to get from A to B, and most of the time we’ll choose to use the car or bus to get us to where we want to go. There is a good reason to put one foot in front of the other more often: it’s a great way to lose weight and stay slim. It is not expensive, it is not complicated and you can do it anywhere.
