Perfect posture could be your short cut to a leaner, longer shape. You’ll be breathing better too. When you’re hunched over, your internal organs don’t have sufficient room, you don’t allow enough oxygen into your body and you might also find that your digestion and circulation suffer.

Try this: Sit up straight for five minutes with your head up and shoulders dropped. Concentrate on your breathing. How do you feel? Relaxed? Of course you do! So, where can you take it next?
