57. Track your time

Try tracking if you’re often late or miss appointments. Over the course of one day time as many of your daily activities as possible. Tracking your time may quickly reveal some startling truths.

After completing this exercise one of my coaching clients realised that what she thought was only one hour checking her email each day actually amounted to three. She was able to reduce this time significantly and as a consequence got more done.
