Think weekly, then daily

Don’t be a slave to the daily to-do list. See the big picture. On Monday morning lose the sinking ‘I’ve got so much to do’ sensation. Instead, think ‘What are my goals for this week?’ Decide what you want to have done by Friday and then break each goal into smaller tasks that have to be undertaken to achieve all you want by Friday. Slot these tasks in throughout your week.
