#22: Low and High Logos
Overview: |
Employee morale as well as organizational climates are considerably enhanced by a singular mindset or pervasive expression that captures the organization’s “irreducible essence.” This activity has participants create that code/expression. |
Objective: |
To help participants define the key focus of their team, department, or organization and to create a logo to reflect this focus. |
Supplies: |
• Transparency #22-1• Overhead projector• Headband-size strips of plain fabric or even paper and masking tape, one per participant• Marking pens(The headbands and pens are optional.) |
