A changing of the guard is under way. New managers are replacing old, leaders are becoming more comfortable with new ways of working—flexibly, virtually, results-focused, fast- or slow-lane, with a baby strapped in, off-site and out-of-sight. But will the change happen fast enough to meet the needs of today's workforce and keep businesses and the country competitive?
