2. Maintain Enthusiasm

 

The second thing that customers want is for us to maintain enthusiasm.  This seems like a no-brainer, but nobody wants to do business with a dud.  As they say, attitude is contagious—is yours worth catching?

 

I love to be around most of my friends.  They give me joy, and I feel happy being around them.  I leave their company feeling energetic and content with life.  There are a few, however, that just suck the life right out of me.  Do you suck the life out of your customers?  Are you attracting or repelling your customers with your attitude?
