If you’re looking for additional materials for you or your team, head over to customerdrivenplaybook.com for more activities and templates. We encourage to make these practices your own. If an activity doesn’t quite align for you and your team, make changes to it so that it does (and be sure to share it with us!).
At the end of the day, the customer-driven strategy is successful because it keeps the customer at the center of your decision-making. It’s successful because it creates a sustaining feedback loop. Look for ways to continually engage with your customers, collect their feedback, and internalize what they’re saying. Bring them into your process and leverage their unique perspectives to gain insights and drive your product’s strategy.
Finally, we’d like to say thanks for taking the time to read our book. As far as we’re concerned, you’re our customer. So feel free to connect with us over Twitter (@tlowdermilk and @JessRichPhD). We’d love to hear from you and answer any questions you might have.
