Strategy: Connecting the Dots
In this chapter you—the strategic designer—will learn to successfully navigate and captain the second phase of the product vision process: strategy (Figure 5.1).
No pressure, but if your strategy doesn’t come together, everything that follows is at risk. This is the time to connect the dots, a laborious undertaking and not for the easily dissuaded.
