Make It Official: Business, Trademark and Domain Name Registration and Intellectual Property

Before you launch forth with your brand new digital enterprise, you need to make it official. You will need:

  • To come up with a brand name (one that is not already taken, has an available domain name and does not conflict with others that already exist on the web).
