What is the difference between Agile coaching, technical coaching, and Dojo coaching?

Agile coaching is intended to help organizations, teams, and individuals adopt Agile practices and methods while embedding Agile values and mindsets.

Agile is easy to understand but hard to master, resulting in many organizations running into problems when taking the leap. Most of these problems come about due to unrealistic expectations of how easy it is to implement Agile within a team, a department, or the whole organization.

Agile coaching seeks to figure out the reasons why Agile is not delivering the expected outcomes and what steps need to be taken to optimize agility, value delivery, and flow for the organization as a whole.
