4. Educate employees about e-mail risks, rules, and regulations. Make
sure all employees understand what a business record is and why
business-critical e-mail is so significant. Stress the fact that the
organization’s e-mail system is intended for business use. With the
exception of limited amounts of approved personal use, employees
should limit workday e-mail to business-related matters.
5. Keep e-mail for as long as possible. Your ability to search your
