employees’ use of cell phones, Smartphones, BlackBerries, and other mobile
handheld and hands-free phones, whether provided by the Company and/or
owned by the employee or a third party.
The Company’s cell phone and text messaging policy applies to full-time
employees, part-time employees, independent contractors, interns, consul-
tants, agents, and third parties including but not limited to suppliers.
Any employee who violates the Company’s cell phone and text
messaging policy is subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termina-
tion.
