STEP 5 Stimulate Learning

One day, we were in a studio making a presentation, and one of the sound technicians seemed to hang on our every word. After the session, he approached us. He told us that at one time he was a supervisor of a team of technicians in the company, but he had given it up and retired. That day, he was working as an independent contractor.
